Since I don't want to work for someone, I plan to become an entrepreneur. I aim to make 5 million on monthly basis from two sources of income. 

1) FOREX: 3 million

3 million is equal to around $1034. 

$1034 / 20 working days = $52. This is my daily goal. 

2) ONLINE SHOP: 2 million

Why I choose to become a forex trader

My main purpose of becoming a FOREX TRADER is to ACHIEVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM. 

In regard with my career, I have got the the following three options. 

1. GET A JOB. 

This one is, of course, the most common pattern amongst most people. Spend most of time in the office working for somebody from 7am to 8pm inclusive of time that would spend on travelling to work. No time to spend quality time with family except for weekend. Starting monthly salary would be 1.2 million, and might increase to 2 million in long term, if work hard.  

Let's do simple math: I get paid 1,500,000 monthly. 

My monthly expenses: 

• Home owners association (HOA) fee: ~90,000
• Electricity: ~80,000 
• Water: ~50,000 
• Apartment fee: 70,000
• Internet: 50,000
• Food: 300,000
• Vitamin (omega): 55,000
• Vitamin (D): 50,000
• Vitamin (C): 70,000
• Other: 100,000
• Kindergarten: 300,000
• Clothes: 200,000
• TOTAL = 1,415,000

Of course, we wouldn't buy clothes every month and wouldn't go to hospital on monthly basis. In some months, we could put away some money, let's say 300k in the bank. 

300k*12month*10years=36,000,000.

What if we have got a serious health problem and needs money for treatment. I will have no choice but to use money in the savings dedicated for our children. :(((((

When my children grow up and want to go to university, how to pay their tuition fees. 

With the monthly salary of 1,500,000, I will be unable to provide a good life for my family.

Obviously, this option wouldn't work.

2. CONTINUE EDUCATION AGENCY JOB

My previous family business, education agency, was not bad. Much better than working for someone. I have more free time, and organize my day as I wanted. I earned around 2-3 million monthly. However, I don't see myself doing this business for the rest of my life. Even I do this business, I need to have another source of income. Otherwise, I wouldn't survive. 

3. START ONLINE SHOP 

At this time, online business seems good choice. I buy stuff from China and sell in Mongolia. No need to rent a kiosk in the shopping mall, just deliver items to buyer's place via contract driver. The income from this business is quite similar to working for company. 

Most online business owners double their items. buy an item for 15k and sell it for 30k. If I sell 3 items per day, I will make 45k per day. In a month, 45k*30=1,350,000. Not too bad. 

However, having only this business doesn't seem enough. Because this business can be done by anybody. I could do this business just for additional income. 

These three options gave me no choice but to seek other source of income that would allow me work from home and spend time with my family and travel and achieve financial freedom.

To be honest, I haven't had any goal until now. My life has been full of very tiny little goals such as buying this product, visiting this place. Nothing about what person I want to be. I want to reach the financial freedom, and become an entrepreneur, which would allow me to spend quality time with my family, and choose my own working time, and travel wherever I want to go.

One way to reach this goal is to specialize in the stock market, particularly forex. 

Another way is to have own shopping store for baby toys and other baby stuff.

SOLVED: How to ".pages" extension in Windows

".pages" is, i think, the extension of word app of mac. Similar to ".doc" in windows. Interestingly, Microsoft word is unable to open file with ".pages" extension, but there are two methods to open this tricky file.

1. Just change the extension name from ".pages" to ".doc" by rename the file. But in my case, this method didn't work.
2. Open a file with ".pages" extension in icloud by uploading the file to icloud and open it online, and then save the file with the extension you want. Mostly, icloud offers you couple of choices of extension such as pdf, doc, xls, etc,. In my case, this method perfectly worked.

2019 plan

Here I am on January 01, 2019, ready to become a writer of the completely new book. It all depends on me what to write here. Until today, goals of my life were all about myself and how to develop myself, etc,. But things will change because I am going to be dad and I will have to be more responsible. The below are the goals I have set for 2019.

1) New apartment. My lovely wife and I have mutual goal which is to buy a new apartment, preferably at Parkview. It's quite expensive, but environment and view of that complex is breathtaking. We need 2 bedroom apartment, one room for my wife and me, the other one for father.

2) New summer house. To avoid air pollution, living in a summer house is the most important I consider. Health is the most important things in life, particularly health of our little child is more essential than us. In winter time, Mongolian air pollution reached the dangerous level. Children and infants get sick very easily out of polluted air.

3) Scholarship. I plan to apply for Australia Awards Scholarship which will be open on February 01 and close on April 30, 2019. I have couple of months left. To do so, I will need IELTS or TOEFL score, and will choose course and education provider.

4) Job in international organization. While waiting for the result of the scholarship, I will be working in international organization. To be employed by prestigious company, fluent English is unarguably critical. (United Nations, ISO implementer, world bank)

5) Get fit. to become healthier and become in shape, I need to do workout and build muscle.

Two of my goals require the same skills from me that is good English. So, try hard for it.

SOLVED: "Application" is damaged and can't be opened in macOS Sierra

Recently stuck with the following error message when in installing third party apps on macOS Sierra. "Application" is damaged and can't be opened!

Apparently, the issue lies with "Gatekeeper"

The Gatekeeper settings can be found in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General. The Gatekeeper options are located beneath “All apps downloaded from:” with the choice of “Anywhere” missing.

Thankfully, the “Anywhere” setting can be restored to Gatekeeper in Sierra with a Terminal command. First, quit System Preferences if it’s open and then open a new Terminal window. Enter the following command, followed by your admin password when prompted:

sudo spctl --master-disable

Now, relaunch System Preferences and head back to the Gatekeeper settings. You’ll now see that “Anywhere” has been restored. Click the padlock in the lower-left corner to enter your password and make changes, then select “Anywhere” from the list of Gatekeeper options. The security feature will no longer bug you about apps from unidentified developers.

2018.01 - History of Mongolia 1, Mongolian kings 4

I read two books mentioned above by January 20, 2018. As my new plan for 2018, I have to finish 2 books every month, one Mongolian and one English if I can. 

Book "Mongolian King" has 15 series books, which starts from hun's era to the last king of Mongolian empire. I chose this series book because I believed it would give me good knowledge of Mongolian history. Every time I read this kind of history book, I blame my younger self for not reading it at early age. Knowing your ancestor's history is particularly essential to man as it's one of common subjects. Little by little, I feel confident when talking about history. By this time of next year, I will have finished this 15 series book and have gotten known a lot more than I do. 

The other book called History of Mongolia 1 by Baabar, is also about the history of Mongolia, from 13th century until 20th century. It's quite same as book "Mongolian King", but the writer is one of the persons whom I admire the most. He has well knowledge in any subject, and all the books written by him become bestseller. Why I enjoy his writing is that he takes Mongolian history from different point of view, in other words, in more realistic way. Some Mongolian historians always appraise ancestors and often write good things of them that seems sometimes inappropriate to me.

Bye 2017

2017 passed in the blink of an eye. It seems like yesterday that I came back to my hometown after 3 years of studies in Australia. But it's been already a year since then. Last year gave me both good and bad news, but good ones are more than bad, I hope. :) 

Just like everyone else, I plan a lot of things for upcoming year, such as new career, places to visit, things to learn, money to make etc,. But at the end of the year, it's very common that I didn't make it. Here is what I planned but couldn't make it, and reasons. 

• Improve my Korean language

I should have made reachable goal in the first place. For instance, what level of Korean language I plan to reach for. 

• Learn swimming

Instead of just saying learn to swim, I should have made progress plan, and go to swimming pool.

• Exercise every day except for Sunday

This one, I think, was implemented very well. I felt better every single day, and feel good when getting to work. 

• get PIER certificate

There are a lot things to read, not actually difficult. But takes so much time. Some day I got encouraged to get it, but other days I was in doubt about its necessity. 

• improve English

Same as first goal, it's not specific goal. English skill can be assessed by IELTS score. So, I should aim for higher IELTS score.

For upcoming year, I will work hard for better version of me.

After my father got retired from work where he had worked for very long time, he started collecting books. One of the things my dad likes to do with his monthly pension is to buy book for home. Now we have got shelves full of interesting books, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I am not a really book lover. To change who I used to be and become better version of me, I started a reading book from my home library. In this post, I would like to write a book I have just finished reading. The book is called start up nation. It tries to reveal the secret of Israel's economic miracle. Until now, I didn't know the country Israel is officially founded in 1948. I used to picture as a country where fight and war happen all the time, and it is very poor and miserable country. The book totally changed my thinking of Israel. In last few decades, this country is ranked at one of fast developing country with the help of its innovation. The secret behind those many innovation in this country, in the author's opinion, is all citizens joining military service. Due to constant threatens from neighbouring countries who do not admit Israel's independence, military service in the country is mandatory where people from all walks of life team up together, then make friends. Furthermore, they exchange their ideas and find their ideal business partners. Most importantly, in military service people learn how to work in team and lead the team. Plus, some highly intelligent soldiers specialise in some subjects, such as chemistry, technology, mathematic, etc,. After the army, experienced people easily find a job and do their own business.

Why do you want to travel to USA?

For tourism purpose and also visit to my friend. We want to visit places such as Statue of Liberty, Hollywood sign, universal studios, Hollywood walk of fame, Lincoln memorial, white house.

Why do you want to visit only at this time?

We are planning to visit the USA in the summer months, when weather will be good for tourism. Plus, in Australia this time of year is considered to be the coldest time. We would like to enjoy our holiday in nice hot weather. There is another reasons for this question. Firstly, I am going to do master in business management, major in finance,  next year,  preferred February. Once I have started the master, I will be very busy and won't have time for travel. On top of that, we are also planning to have baby next year. Two birds with one stone. When I finished the course, we will go back to Mongolia with a baby and a master degree.

The shit school

The school, actually it is supposed to be called institute but somehow they named the institute as school, is a complete crap. I have just realized the saying "Do not blame people for disappointing you, blame yourself for expecting too much from them". This was the cheapest option to me for the visa extension. 

The school system and curriculum do not seem to be working there. Even teachers are not well educated, perhaps less educated than their students. No document standard exists in the school. Just for one assessment, there are numerous separate papers including assessment, printed slide, appendix etc,. Making a booklet by stapling all the papers together can be the simplest and best solution to the problem. It is hard to believe but truth is no one give a shout about it. 

Again, do not blame people for disappointing you, blame yourself for expecting too much from them.

Among many of us, it is thought that the volume of money you make in a job, determines the value of that job. While the first thing to be taken into consideration when choosing a work is the remuneration, there are other factors which influence on our decision. 

Firstly, it is said that there is a strong correlation between better life and sufficient money. The principal of being employed is to have an adequate remuneration required to build a life you want. The closest example would be the increasing number of migrants from a poorer nation to a wealthy one, who leave their home country for well paid job. The main reason behind these movement is, in my opinion, due to inadequate payment in their home country. 

On the other hand, job satisfaction is an another essential factor in the workplace, which keeps a lot of employees in a low paying organisation. According to Maslow hierarchy, the theory created by American psychologist Abraham Maslow, the first need to an individual is a physical items, such as money, food, and house. The subsequent need involves social status, self-esteem and sense of connection, etc,. From this point of view, the amount of wage cannot be considered as the principal reason. 

In conclusion, everyone has their own perspective depending on their needs. Making a great deal of money can be just first reason for work. Having said that, once someone has got a secure job, the importance of a work could be change to another needs.

Fresh water has always been a limited resource in some parts of the world. Today, however, growing worldwide demand has made this a global problem. What are the causes of the increased demand and what measure could governments and individuals take to respond to this problem?

Some nations have struggled for a long time due to insufficient drinking water. But over the years this problem has been spreading all over the world and has become a global issue. I believe the root cause of this phenomenon is directly related to human's wrong actions. Since water is a nonrenewable resource, only thing we can do is to prevent from further deterioration. 

Overconsumption of water by human greatly contributes to high demand for drinking water. I do not know precisely how much water is used when we just have a show and wash hands and flush a toilet, but I am pretty sure unbelievable number would come up. Furthermore, in my country, for example, a car washing business consumes fresh water just to wash a vehicle. Such selfishness and inconsiderateness have cause shortages of fresh water.

In order to save fresh water, I believe, that government sponsored awareness campaign is the most viable solution. An effective advertising campaign could warn of danger of a shortage of drinking water and hopefully raise awareness amongst the public. Moreover, instilling in young children the importance of conserving fresh water can be another approach to the problem. 

In summary, since we all consume water in daily life and are also unable to survive without it, the participation of all of us to save water is crucial. Just small adjustments, for instance turning off the tap while brushing our teeth, can have great impact.

Some people think that all children should learn geography in school. However, some others think that it is more important to learn subjects that are more relevant to life. What is your opinion?

It is thought by some that subject geography ought to be taught to every student, whereas others believe that students have to be taught something more useful in their life have. In my opinion, all the subjects, no matter how efficient or inefficient they are, need to be taught.

Students behaviour has become a big issue in many nations. The reason of the circumstances is explained in a lot of ways. Personally, I consider that there are only a few major causes of this, and I also find the causes solvable if authorities take right actions.

Firstly, the democracy, in my opinion, is the root of the problem as it allows everyone to freely behave. In most western countries, schools have an policy of giving an equal right to both students and teachers to communicate in a classroom. On one hand it is perfectly fine because student skill of articulateness improves. But on the other hand it is seriously wrong as teachers might lose their control in classroom. My suggestion for this problem is to increase the privilege of teachers in school.

Secondly, the overuse of internet among students  may be an another explanation for their bad behaviour. Social networking sites such as Facebook, twitter have enabled every body to openly express themselves. There are even some Facebook pages created by students which are intended to insult a particular teacher or school. This sort of things could have a huge impact on their attitude. By having some limitation on the use of internet for students by parents, the problem can be diminished.

In conclusion, freedom is absolutely vital in our lives, however, when and to whom this freedom should be given is more critical. Giving too much freedom to youngsters who are not aware of its detriment is most likely to harm only themselves but also others.

A similar percentage of boys preferred soccer, which is clearly their favourite sport. 10 per cent of boys enjoyed playing cricket but hardly any girls took part in this game.
