I think every one who uses windows OS faces this problem. Especially people who uses not original windows. Recently I found a solution from my lovely friend, Google. Follow the command below.
1. Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
2. Find the windows update and click mouse 2 on it.
3. Click the Stop and Properties.
4. In "General tab", Find the "start up type" and then choose "Disabled".
5. Finally click apply and ok.
