My name is blabla, your new
tenant. As we made the deal to rent the apartment, I will move. But I want to
apologize for having to delay the moving day because of some problems.
My current apartment has been
burgled recently and other tenants in the apartment have lost many valuable
stuff. I had an experience of being burgled before so I have been used to
hiding my money the places where no one is able to presume - besides I had split
them and had put in several different places. Those places were actucally my dirty
old clothes' pockets. Unfortunately, all my old clothes were stolen. It seems
the burglar might have been junk shop's worker or antiques collector.
At present, I do not have any
money for advance of the bond and first two week rent. By the end of June , I
will have received my wages. So I would appreciate it if you keep the apartment
for me a month.
