how to make the perfect dumpling

Making a dumpling consists of two main parts. The first part is to make an suitable dough for dumpling, and the second is to prepare ground meat. Firstly, you put some flour into a bowl, and warm water that equals one-third of the amount of the flour in the bowl. Next you mix them together until all liquids are absorbed into the flour, and knead well. The last step is to cover the bowl with plastic wrap or something which does not let air in and out, and then leave it for about ten minutes at room temperature.

The main step of preparing dumpling meat is to flavour ground. You add a teaspoon of salt, and some roughly chopped an onion and a garlic in a cup of water, and stir well. The next step is to flavour the ground meat with the cup of water prepared.
