I am reading a book for children

I've liked reading a book since two years ago. Specially I like literature. Currently I've read about 10 book. Of course those books were in my native language. kkk. People around me offered that read a book. I tried to read book in English. But those books were really hard, and there were so many words I didn't know. But one of the my friends told me I should read easy books. for example books for children, comic and manga. So I decided to follow that advice. Then I started reading books for children. Those books were easier than books for adults. But there were a lot of words I don't know as well. I always tried to translate all words. I spent it a such long time . But now I understood that I don't have to translate all words I don't know. I should guess the meaning. Afterwards I will look these words up from dictionary. That all. I tried this method. It was effective. Currently I have read two books.
